Situated on an 8-acre drill field with a 9,200-sq.-ft. training facility, underground vessels for confined space course, gas simulators for propane emergency training and a three-story tower for rope rescue training, Central Alabama Training Solutions is one of Alabama’s top OSHA training centers. FIRE RESPONDER CPR/AED TRAINING
DESIGNED FOR EMPLOYERS/EMPLOYEES SEEKING
CPR/AED OSHA CERTIFICATION
CATS’ First Aid, CPR and AED certification programs meet OSHA workplace certification requirements. The xx-hour curriculum includes skills that enable your employees to provide emergency medical care to others using limited equipment, including the operation of an automated external defibrillator.
HAZARDOUS MATERIALS EMERGENCY RESPONSE TRAINING
FOR EMS/FIRE/RESCUE/LAW ENFORCEMENT PERSONNEL WHO RESPOND TO HAZARDOUS MATERIALS
This course teaches your employees how to recognize and identify hazardous materials while equipping personnel with procedural knowledge for incident mitigation. Training duration ranges from 8 hours to one week, depending on level of training (Awareness, Operation, Technician or Incident Commander training). Course fulfills OSHA requirements.
CONFINED SPACE RESCUE PLANNING
FOR EMPLOYEES WHO WORK IN AND AROUND CONFINED SPACES AND FOR ALL EMERGENCY RESPONDERS
This program is a must for companies with on-site confined spaces or employees with personnel who encounter confined spaces during their normal work routines. Upon completion of this xx-hour course, participants will be able to identify a confined space, understand its associated hazards and establish a confined space rescue plan.
CONFINED SPACE RESCUE EQUIPMENT TRAINING
DESIGNED FOR CONFINED SPACE RESCUE TEAMS
This xx-hour course gives students the knowledge, skills and materials needed to safely operate confined space rescue equipment as a Confined Space Entrant and/or Attendant. Air monitors, ventilation equipment, retrieval devices and fall protection equipment are used in tandem with CATS confined space training grounds to create a one-of-a-kind hands-on course.
